Support the sales team and SDRs by building and updating the prospect database, researching leads via GuideStar and association sites, sizing market opportunity by vertical and revenue, analyzing sales/marketing engagement trends, and supporting broader sales and marketing initiatives.

Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for a SaaS product; log and track defects; perform manual and automated UI and load testing; validate user expectations; review requirements for testability; integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
