Troubleshoot custom development, manage branch merges and CI (Perforce, TeamCity, Octopus, GitHub), document features, moderate API/SSO forum, and support PHP SDK. Engage directly with customers in pre- and post-sales activities.

Lead development of a partner ecosystem to drive revenue and retention. Identify, onboard, and manage integration, service, and vendor partners. Negotiate agreements, create engagement initiatives, track partner performance, develop strategic account plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and infuse partner feedback into product. Organize events, co-market to boost partner activation, and conduct regular business reviews.
