Own full-cycle enterprise sales: build pipeline via outbound (LinkedIn, cold calls, email), qualify prospects, run discovery and demos, negotiate and close, codify playbooks, and maintain CRM hygiene and reporting for founders.

Work with the founding team to drive commercial growth for an AI-native logistics platform. Own go-to-market efforts across sales, partnerships, positioning, and growth experiments (outbound, ICP definition, lead generation, funnel optimization). Collaborate with product and engineering, tackle high-impact problems, and help turn early traction into repeatable processes.

Work closely with founders as a high-ownership generalist to build AI-powered automations and internal systems, drive commercial growth, create repeatable operations playbooks, bridge customers and engineering for product improvements, and support strategic founder tasks including investor and hiring activities.
