Manage asbestos cases from intake through trial under senior attorney supervision. Handle depositions, discovery, motions, and court appearances; research asbestos/talc sourcing and science; collaborate with occupational health, toxicology, and geology experts; support settlement negotiations; meet clients to gather exposure histories; may litigate other tort claims.

Serve as the firm’s front-line receptionist: manage a multi-line phone system, greet and notify staff of visitors, handle mail and basic administrative tasks, maintain discretion, and keep reception areas organized. On-site full-time in Midtown Manhattan.

Produce and manage multimedia marketing content (video, graphics, social posts), coordinate client testimonials and firm events, maintain social calendars and brand templates, support publicity and website updates, collaborate with attorneys and freelancers, and track project deadlines to increase firm visibility and client engagement.

Manage asbestos litigation matters from intake through trial: conduct depositions, handle discovery, draft motions, appear in court, work with scientific experts, negotiate settlements, and counsel clients on exposure histories under senior attorney guidance.

Support attorneys on asbestos personal-injury matters by performing legal research, preparing pleadings and discovery, maintaining case files in Smart Advocate, communicating with clients, and handling administrative tasks like scheduling and correspondence.

Manage plaintiff-side asbestos cases from intake through trial or settlement, including discovery, depositions, motions, expert development, and client meetings. Research exposure, corporate liability, and products; collaborate with industrial hygiene, medical, and engineering experts; prepare trial materials and represent clients compassionately across jurisdictions.

Support attorneys through all phases of asbestos litigation: draft and file pleadings, manage discovery and subpoenas, calendar deadlines, communicate with clients/courts/opposing counsel, and maintain case files and exposure records in SmartAdvocate.

Provide pre-litigation support for plaintiff personal injury cases: conduct client interviews, open claims, order and summarize medical records, coordinate treatment, perform investigations, resolve liens, prepare settlement demand packages, and communicate case updates to clients.
