Handle depositions, discovery, motions, and court appearances; research asbestos/talc sourcing and science; collaborate with occupational health, toxicology, and geology experts; support settlement negotiations; meet clients to gather exposure histories; may litigate other tort claims.

Serve as the firm’s front-line receptionist: manage a multi-line phone system, greet and notify staff of visitors, handle mail and basic administrative tasks, maintain discretion, and keep reception areas organized. On-site full-time in Midtown Manhattan.

Produce and manage multimedia marketing content (video, graphics, social posts), coordinate client testimonials and firm events, maintain social calendars and brand templates, support publicity and website updates, collaborate with attorneys and freelancers, and track project deadlines to increase firm visibility and client engagement.
