Entry-level accounts payable/data-entry role supporting the accounting team: accurately record client and business expenses, upload documentation to case management system, maintain organized financial records, handle clerical tasks, and contact vendors/clients for verification.

Prepare and file NY and NJ surrogate court estate documents; draft petitions, letters of administration, adequacy orders, wrongful death compromises, and settlement agreements. Collect documents and heirship information, coordinate with clients and outside estate counsel, assist with estates work across personal injury matters, and research estate laws and precedents.

Manage asbestos cases from intake through trial under senior attorney supervision. Handle depositions, discovery, motions, and court appearances; research asbestos/talc sourcing and science; collaborate with occupational health, toxicology, and geology experts; support settlement negotiations; meet clients to gather exposure histories; may litigate other tort claims.
