Responsible for deploying and maintaining Megaport's global network infrastructure, requiring expertise in network operations, troubleshooting, and collaboration with various teams to ensure high availability and performance.

Diagnose and resolve complex network and customer issues, perform remote troubleshooting, implement network changes, resolve escalations, collaborate with global teams and vendors, maintain documentation, and support 24/7 NOC shift rotation to ensure network uptime and performance.

Build and maintain Go-based backend services, APIs, microservices, and CLI tools for internal developer experience. Automate operational workflows, access management, governance, and infrastructure provisioning. Design scalable systems integrating SaaS platforms, systems of record, and internal infrastructure. Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes/EKS, while profiling and optimizing performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable platform capabilities and self-service tooling.

Build and maintain customer-facing and internal web applications (Megaport Portal) using a modern frontend stack. Implement features with Vue 3/TypeScript, ensure accessibility and responsive design, integrate web services, improve architectures and processes, and write unit/integration/end-to-end tests using Playwright and Vitest.

Improve production reliability and resilience through automation, observability, infrastructure as code, incident response, and continual platform improvement. The role involves operating Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure; writing tooling; maintaining CI/CD systems; troubleshooting live production environments; participating in on-call rotations and blameless postmortems; and collaborating with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.

Legal Counsel for Megaport will provide legal advice, review and negotiate contracts, and support legal operations initiatives while collaborating with global teams.

Leads the North American Network Operations Centre, overseeing network monitoring, service assurance, incident response, major outage escalation, reliability improvements, supplier governance, reporting, and root-cause management. The role manages and mentors NOC engineers, coordinates cross-functional and vendor responses, improves operational processes, maintains performance dashboards, and drives network uptime, resilience, customer experience, and continuous improvement.

Own Brazilian payroll and employee lifecycle operations from admission through termination. Manage benefits, labor relations, union matters, leave, vacations, and working-hours records while ensuring compliance with Brazilian labor legislation. Build People Operations dashboards and KPIs, partner with Finance and global stakeholders, support employees and managers, and continuously improve processes through automation, data analysis, and AI tools.

Manage global capital expenditure, fixed assets, intangible assets, and inventory accounting. Responsibilities include capitalizing completed projects, maintaining registers and ledgers, overseeing wage capitalization, preparing asset schedules and financial reporting analyses, supporting audits, developing accounting policies, contributing capex forecasts, and improving related systems and controls. The role partners with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and suppliers while ensuring IFRS compliance.

Manage post-sale relationships for an assigned enterprise customer base, focusing on onboarding, enablement, adoption, renewals, retention, upselling, and cross-selling. Partner with sales, solutions architecture, marketing, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues, identify growth opportunities, communicate product value, and maintain customer and pipeline records in Salesforce. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate while analyzing customer feedback and improving the overall service experience.

Own OSS operations automation and monitoring platforms from requirements through production. Design Linux and AWS solutions integrating APIs, message buses, OAuth, webhooks, and observability tools. Administer Salesforce Service Cloud and Jira ecosystems, develop automation and dashboards, manage QA and releases, and provide Level 3 troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. The role also leads cross-functional delivery, documentation, vendor coordination, cost optimization, and on-call operational support.

Own the consolidated group financial model, lead workforce and headcount planning, manage capital expenditure forecasts, evaluate ROI, establish KPIs, and advise executive leaders on strategic investment decisions. Maintain global TM1 data structures for forecasting and reporting while partnering with senior stakeholders across a distributed organization.

Provide general legal support to the Megaport group: review and negotiate commercial, service, software, carrier and confidentiality agreements; draft bespoke contracts; advise on regulatory, privacy and employment matters; support dispute resolution, legal operations, templates, training, advertising reviews and special projects.

Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, source and engage candidates across technical and non-technical roles, manage full-cycle recruitment, improve processes, track hiring metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Design and deploy predictive forecasting and analytics to support Revenue operations. Build models for forecasting, churn, expansion, and pipeline analytics; create scalable dashboards; partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering to improve data quality, KPI governance, and executive reporting to drive data-driven decisions and AI readiness.

Provide Level 3 network operations, incident resolution, capacity management, and maintenance for a global NaaS platform. Work with engineering to test and certify hardware/software, automate processes, document work in OSS/BSS, train staff, and support vendors and NOC escalation. Emphasis on scalable networking, SDN, cloud networking, routing protocols, MPLS, and optical systems.

Lead OSS and operations automation: manage and modernize monitoring stacks, implement telemetry and alerting, build automation for operational workflows, administer Salesforce and Atlassian ecosystems, design integrations and CI/CD, support Level 3 incident response and RCA, and deliver end-to-end solutions across Linux and AWS for NaaS operations.

Act as a strategic technical advisor and primary post-sales contact for enterprise customers and partners. Deliver incident support, technical consulting, health checks, roadmap and executive reviews. Enable System Integrators and VARs through enablement plans, workshops, partner technical content, and co-selling support. Liaise with internal teams to drive adoption, optimization, and long-term value of Megaport services.
