Responsibilities include managing escalations, incidents, hardware and storage operations, rack-and-stack work, Linux and Windows administration, IPMI/BMC configurations, documentation, shift coverage, coaching, and process improvements. The role coordinates with remote data center technicians and leads root cause analysis for complex infrastructure failures while maintaining operational standards and SLAs.
