As a Production Planner, you will manage production schedules, optimize resources, analyze KPIs, resolve bottlenecks, and lead S&OP meetings to enhance operational efficiency.

Lead procurement for production and selected indirect categories: define sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships and negotiations, monitor purchasing data and inventory, ensure SAP MM data accuracy, drive procurement KPIs and budget performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with quality and EHS procedures.

Drive global operations planning and process improvements: assess make-or-buy decisions, evaluate new-product financial/risk impact, support network strategy, improve production maturity and masterdata, lead operations improvement and change efforts, and coach operations leaders and talent.

Manage full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accurate calculations, compliance, reconciliations, tax filings, and benefits integration. Administer benefits programs, handle enrollments and billing, and support open enrollment. Maintain HRIS records, manage onboarding/offboarding, assist with HR reporting and employee relations, and act as primary payroll contact for employees and auditors.
