Manage customer orders from entry through invoicing using SAP, ensuring accurate product, pricing, delivery, and documentation details. Respond to inquiries about order status, freight, tracking, availability, and invoices; manage shared inboxes; update sales orders; use customer portals; and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to support timely delivery and quality service.

Manage and improve medmix’s global WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructure; coordinate external network providers; implement and operate network environments; optimize network-team processes; ensure security and regulatory compliance; support digital innovation and IT strategy; manage budgets; and maintain network standards, documentation, and visual overviews.

Manage end-to-end weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including tax filings, garnishments, deductions, reconciliations, and compliance. Administer employee benefits, billing, enrollments, vendor relationships, and open enrollment. Maintain confidential HRIS records, support onboarding and offboarding, assist with employee relations and HR reporting, and respond to payroll and benefits inquiries.

The Junior Hub Planner ensures efficient planning and coordination of demand, supply, and inventory in the distribution hub, supports operational excellence, and collaborates cross-functionally to optimize service levels.

As a Production Planner, you will manage production schedules, optimize resources, analyze KPIs, resolve bottlenecks, and lead S&OP meetings to enhance operational efficiency.

Manage accounting, month-end and year-end close, tax compliance, financial reporting, treasury, cash management, audits, internal controls, and SAP Finance processes for a Spanish legal entity within an international manufacturing group.
