Provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior executives by managing calendars, meetings, correspondence, travel, documents, expenses, projects, and communications. Reviews production-site maturity, leads operations improvement initiatives, and owns operations master data. Promotes continuous improvement by coaching operations professionals and leaders and supporting talent management. Requires strong analytical, communication, project management, change management, and organizational skills, along with advanced Excel knowledge and preferably SAP experience.

Manage full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, reconcile payroll accounts, administer benefits (enrollment, billing, vendor reconciliation), maintain HRIS records, support onboarding/offboarding, handle employee payroll inquiries, and assist with HR reporting and employee relations.

Support manufacturing quality by developing and maintaining metrology processes, programming and operating CMMs and inspection systems, managing calibration programs, conducting repeatability studies, creating fixtures and inspection routines, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing on new projects and process improvements.

Own full recruitment lifecycle for Europe (focus DACH): sourcing, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, ATS administration, KPI tracking, stakeholder partnership, and employer branding support.

Process, package, and ship orders accurately. Organize inventory, inspect for defects, and maintain warehouse cleanliness. Follow safety regulations and suggest improvements.
