Serve as MedMe's first in-house counsel for Canadian and US operations. Lead commercial contract review and negotiation, corporate governance, cross-border legal matters, privacy and AI risk, employment law support, and healthcare-related compliance. Build scalable legal playbooks, templates, and triage processes while coordinating with outside counsel when needed. Partner with business and People & Culture teams to translate legal risks into practical guidance.

Own MedMe’s in-house IT function across identity and access, endpoint management, security operations, data protection, infrastructure, workplace technology, service delivery, compliance, and vendor management. The role administers tools, manages device and access lifecycles, handles incidents and vulnerabilities, supports SOC 2 and HITRUST audits, oversees the IT budget, and transitions responsibilities from the MSP to internal operations.

Sell MedMe’s cloud-based pharmacy platform and AI products to independent pharmacies across Canada through high-volume remote and field-based sales. Manage a large pipeline, build relationships with pharmacy owners, drive new-store and expansion sales, track conversion velocity, support banner partnerships, and relay pharmacist feedback to product teams. Regular travel to assigned pharmacy locations is expected.

Own post-signature relationships for US enterprise SaaS accounts, driving pilot-to-expansion conversion and renewals. Lead integration-scoping discussions with technical and clinical stakeholders, quantify ROI for economic buyers, and coordinate with Product and Engineering on rollout requirements. Build a scalable account-management and expansion playbook while transitioning day-to-day ownership from company founders.

Sell MedMe’s SaaS platform, billing, and AI products to independent and small-chain US pharmacies through direct and partner channels. Manage high-volume sales cycles, expansion opportunities, customer relationships, pipeline health, forecasting, and quota attainment. Gather pharmacist feedback and share customer insights with product and AI teams. The role is fully remote with occasional travel for customer meetings, partner discussions, and industry events.

Build and maintain MedMe’s Platform API and healthcare integrations with pharmacy networks, health authorities, and practice management systems. Deliver integration work end to end, participate in pairing, code reviews, and design discussions, and improve service reliability, observability, and maintainability. The role also includes client-facing communication, domain ramp-up, AI-assisted development, and mentoring newer engineers while growing toward senior-level ownership.

Build and operate MedMe’s AWS platform, including infrastructure, deployment pipelines, observability, audit logging, and security controls. Lead platform initiatives, consolidate CDK configurations, improve deployment workflows, support engineering teams, and guide infrastructure security and compliance. The role requires strong Terraform expertise, hands-on AWS CDK experience, production infrastructure ownership, and on-call experience. It is hybrid in Toronto with occasional travel.

Lead end-to-end development and production ownership of AI-driven backend capabilities and LLM/voice agent workflows. Improve reliability, observability, security, and operational maturity while iterating quickly from customer feedback and scaling team delivery.
