Own enterprise software delivery for major clients, coordinating Engineering, Product, and account teams. Responsibilities include triaging requests, translating client needs into actionable tickets, leading recurring syncs, managing multi-year implementation plans, tracking timelines and risks, preventing scope creep, maintaining documentation, and driving projects through go-live. The role is hybrid in Toronto with occasional customer and industry travel.

Serve as the senior owner for top enterprise customers, combining account management and project delivery: lead onboarding and go-lives, coordinate engineering and product for technical delivery, run QBRs and cadences, drive retention/renewals, and maintain accurate HubSpot records.

Build and maintain MedMe’s Platform API and healthcare integrations with pharmacy networks, health authorities, and practice management systems. Deliver integration work end to end, participate in pairing, code reviews, and design discussions, and improve service reliability, observability, and maintainability. The role also includes client-facing communication, domain ramp-up, AI-assisted development, and mentoring newer engineers while growing toward senior-level ownership.

Build and operate MedMe’s AWS platform, including infrastructure, deployment pipelines, observability, audit logging, and security controls. Lead platform initiatives, consolidate CDK configurations, improve deployment workflows, support engineering teams, and guide infrastructure security and compliance. The role requires strong Terraform expertise, hands-on AWS CDK experience, production infrastructure ownership, and on-call experience. It is hybrid in Toronto with occasional travel.

Lead development and productionalization of a greenfield desktop automation product. Architect scalable, reliable automation workflows, ensure HIPAA-level security, support US expansion (data residency, localized auth), and experiment with AI/ML to improve automation accuracy. Mentor team members and represent the product in client and company forums.

Lead end-to-end development and production ownership of AI-driven backend capabilities and LLM/voice agent workflows. Improve reliability, observability, security, and operational maturity while iterating quickly from customer feedback and scaling team delivery.
