Provides front-desk and patient admission support for a clinic. Interviews patients, records demographic and insurance information, schedules appointments, verifies insurance, answers and routes calls, explains clinic procedures and fees, manages complaints, completes call logs, and compiles census data.

Assist with meal preparation, tray setup/delivery, dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, stocking, and basic foodservice tasks. Maintain hygiene, follow safety and infection-control policies, handle cash register transactions, and support catering and dining operations as assigned.
