Leads the Office of Technology Development and manages biomedical intellectual property portfolios. Responsibilities include evaluating, protecting, patenting, licensing, and commercializing university research; negotiating ownership, agreements, fees, and royalties; identifying spin-out opportunities; developing industry partnerships; advising faculty on technology transfer; monitoring portfolio and budget performance; and hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff.

Conducts and coordinates OB/GYN clinical research studies by enrolling and monitoring patients, organizing study visits, collecting specimens and data, performing protocol-specific clinical tasks, maintaining research records, educating patients, and supporting IRB submissions and regulatory compliance.

Supervise and independently conduct complex vascular medical device research, including experimental design, protocol development, data and statistical analysis, quality control, and methodology creation. Coordinate research projects and collaborators, oversee device manufacturing and testing, manage laboratory personnel, maintain supplies, and support vendor and purchase-order activities. Apply expertise in preclinical animal models, bioabsorbable materials, vascular anatomy and disease, endovascular intervention, and applicable international standards.

Leads the annual budgeting process, central funds modeling, and monthly variance reporting. Oversees complex departmental budgets, supervises financial analysts, conducts ad hoc financial analyses, and advises departments on cost reduction and revenue optimization. Reviews budget submissions, resolves budget-to-finance discrepancies, supports financial planning systems, and drives process enhancements. Partners with organizational leaders and technical staff to improve financial planning accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness.

Conducts retinal biology research involving mutant mouse and zebrafish breeding, genotyping, molecular cloning, tissue collection, histochemistry, microscopy, sequencing, and data analysis. Maintains laboratory operations, records, supplies, equipment, and shipments while supporting quality control and experimental interpretation. The role also participates in research meetings, completes required training, and trains other laboratory personnel.

Coordinates dermatology education programs, including events, learner recruitment, interviews, orientations, schedules, graduation, accreditation compliance, databases, assessments, and evaluations. Serves as liaison among faculty, administrators, departments, affiliates, and national organizations. Recruits instructors and speakers, creates educational materials, supports program leadership, resolves issues, and may monitor budgets or supervise support staff.

Conducts routine and complex laboratory experiments for sponsored pediatric gastroenterology research. Responsibilities include experimental design, cell culture and media preparation, assay quality control, data compilation and interpretation, research protocol implementation, laboratory inventory management, equipment calibration and maintenance, and oversight of daily lab operations when supervisors are absent.

Coordinates clinical research trials by recruiting and consenting participants, arranging study procedures, maintaining databases and records, collecting and reporting data, preparing IRB materials, ensuring regulatory compliance, tracking timelines, supporting outreach, and monitoring budgets. Collaborates with investigators, departments, institutions, community organizations, and study staff to identify implementation issues and achieve program goals.

Leads the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Division across clinical care, education, research, faculty development, and strategic growth. The Chief oversees a geographically distributed program with physicians, fellows, advanced practice providers, and staff; partners with department, hospital, and health system leaders; recruits and develops faculty; expands multidisciplinary services and access; and advances the division’s regional and national reputation. Candidates must hold an MD, DO, MD/PhD, or equivalent, be board certified in gastroenterology and/or hepatology, and qualify for Wisconsin licensure.

Provides administrative and scheduling support to multiple otolaryngology providers. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, scheduling and communicating patient appointments across clinic locations, preparing documents and reports, maintaining records, ordering supplies, processing invoices, answering calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating with clinical teams to support efficient clinic operations and patient care.

Prepares and submits IRB applications, amendments, continuing reviews, protocol deviations, safety reports, and consent documents for pediatric human-subject research. Provides predominantly ambulatory pediatric cardiology care across Northeast Wisconsin, with one day weekly in Milwaukee. The physician collaborates with multidisciplinary cardiac specialists, develops regional services, and participates in teaching, quality improvement, research, and program development within an academic pediatric heart center.

Manages a portfolio of institutional partner accounts across the health ecosystem, serving as the primary relationship owner from onboarding through renewal. Responsibilities include needs assessments, goal setting, partner meetings, project oversight, reporting, recommendations, risk monitoring, and stakeholder relationship development. The role requires strong written and interpersonal communication, independent prioritization, and regular travel within the United States for partner engagements and conferences.

Manage the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of adult learning programs for the KNN Bridging Across Differences initiative and FOREST learning consortium. Responsibilities include coordinating internal and external stakeholders, developing educational and marketing materials, overseeing virtual and in-person learning experiences, managing schedules and databases, tracking metrics, supporting evaluations, facilitating sessions, and ensuring policy compliance. Design and perform experiments supporting OBGYN cancer research on RNA-binding proteins, immuno-oncology, and therapeutic antibodies. Execute molecular cloning, protein expression/purification, structural biology, mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, RNA-seq and qRT-PCR. Evaluate anti-tumor effects in vitro and in vivo, maintain inventory and equipment, record and analyze data, assist protocol development and manuscript preparation, and oversee daily lab operations when needed.
