Review, draft, negotiate, and process clinical research agreements (CTAs, MTAs, DUAs, NDAs), serve as liaison with sponsors, ensure regulatory and institutional compliance, support pre-award and non-financial post-award activities, implement compliance measures, manage sub-recipient awards, and identify process improvements within the Grants and Contracts Office.

Manage a complex portfolio of clinical research contracts with independence: review, draft, negotiate and award clinical trial and related agreements, ensure regulatory and sponsor compliance (NIH/OMB), implement compliance measures, manage sub-recipient awards, and partner with investigators and central offices to resolve issues and improve processes.

Designs and documents workflows, translates business requirements into technical solutions, coordinates IT troubleshooting, manages small-to-mid projects, develops test plans, and provides end-user training to support institutional research systems.
