Coordinates community safety programs, meetings, events, communications, and partner engagement for a public health division. Responsibilities include managing logistics, schedules, deliverables, documents, social media, web content, presentations, trainings, registrations, relationship systems, and committee participation. The role also researches community safety and violence prevention trends, supports technical assistance, and develops processes to ensure consistent program delivery.

Provides administrative and operational support across Pharmacology & Toxicology and Physiology departments. Responsibilities include developing program materials, supporting onboarding, managing purchasing and expense processes, tracking equipment and supplies, coordinating schedules, travel, meetings, recruitment events, and site visits, maintaining databases, processing invoices, and handling correspondence and inquiries.

Provides reference, research, and instructional library services for medical and graduate students, faculty, clinicians, and staff. Develops and teaches library skills classes, creates LibGuides and online tutorials, responds to information requests, performs literature searches, documents database strategies, and promotes library resources to assigned departments. Maintains online library content, participates in continuing education, and supports special projects within an academic health sciences library.
