Tracks marketing performance across brands, locations, campaigns, and channels. Builds recurring reports and dashboards, monitors KPIs, analyzes trends and anomalies, tracks marketing budgets and vendor spending, compares actual costs with approved budgets, and provides data-driven recommendations to leadership. The role transforms marketing data into actionable business intelligence by investigating performance drivers and presenting clear insights.

Provide administrative and clerical support to accounting: process and enter vendor invoices, match to POs, maintain vendor files, assist check preparation, reconcile statements, perform data entry, filing, phone support, and general clerical tasks.

Address and correct electrical deficiencies from punch lists: troubleshoot, repair or replace components, test systems for safety and code compliance, maintain records, coordinate with project managers, and assist with inspections and permits.
