Lead development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and gas services. Conduct market research, manage budgets, measure campaign performance, oversee brand development, and collaborate with sales and product teams to generate leads, increase sales, and report marketing metrics.

Support daily retail HVAC office operations including inventory and purchase order management, customer service, payroll and scheduling, record-keeping, onboarding, vendor coordination, marketing assistance, and administrative support for store leadership.
