Sell new and used vehicles by greeting and prospecting customers, presenting and demonstrating inventory, negotiating prices, handling contracts, and building customer relationships and local networks to drive return business.

Plan, produce, edit, and publish photos and videos for dealership platforms; manage daily posting and engagement across social channels; develop campaigns, write captions, and grow audience; attend events and capture inventory, customer deliveries, and community activities to drive sales and service traffic.

Handle high-volume inbound internet and phone inquiries, qualify prospects, answer pricing/payment/availability questions, and set in-person dealership appointments. Focus on phone-time and sales KPIs (appointments set, appointment shows, purchases). Compensation includes hourly wage plus monthly bonuses tied to performance.

Lead and develop the sales team to maximize vehicle sales and gross profit. Manage daily sales activities, coaching on negotiations and closings, monitor inventory and pricing, ensure compliance with lender and manufacturer standards, collaborate with F&I, handle escalations, and drive sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
