Our Sales Development Center position is a full-time, This position is a phone sales role that completes a high-volume of inbound calls to engage prospects and book appointments for the sale of digital and direct mail marketing tools. Key performance indicators include phone-time, and sales volume.

This position responds to internet and phone inquiries from potential customers looking primarily for price, payments and availability. You will identify their needs, answer the questions in a pleasant manner and assist them to the best of your ability.
Your primary function is to make appointments for customers to visit our dealership so that we can sell and deliver a vehicle.
