Lead all finance, accounting, and reporting for a $20M nonprofit, managing a team of five. Oversee GAAP-compliant financials, audits, grants, budgeting, payroll, AR/AP, internal controls, forecasting, and financial reporting to leadership and the board.

Manage daily operations of senior dining and Meals on Wheels home delivery, including staff and volunteer recruitment/training, budget and inventory oversight, multicultural programming, community partnerships, fundraising, contract management, event support, and ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead individual and institutional fundraising strategy, manage a portfolio of 50–75 major donors, and supervise a development team. Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors; set fundraising goals; ensure compliance and donor stewardship best practices; use Raiser's Edge for tracking and reporting; collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging and data-driven fundraising to meet revenue targets.

On-call role supporting Meals 4 Kids: prepare, package, and deliver meals; train and schedule volunteers; manage pick-up/drop-off and participant/volunteer records; complete assigned administrative tasks. Requires driving, physical lifting, and occasional evening/weekend work for events.
