Provides administrative and financial support, primarily coordinating monthly Medicaid vouchers, billing, payment posting, reconciliations, recordkeeping, and discrepancy resolution. Supports accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, audit preparation, document management, and special Finance projects. Requires accurate high-volume processing, collaboration with Finance and program teams, responsive customer service, and proficiency with office and financial systems.

Processes and records charitable contributions, including checks, card gifts, recurring donations, online gifts, and matching gifts. Generates receipts and acknowledgments, maintains donor records, prepares documentation and audit trails, reviews gift accuracy, assists with deposits and reconciliations, and supports year-end fundraising activities. The role also provides administrative support to the Development team while protecting confidential donor and financial information.

Leads fundraising strategy and operations, including annual, major gift, institutional, capital campaign, donor stewardship, grant, and advancement services programs. Manages a portfolio of 25–40 major donors and prospects, oversees development staff, monitors fundraising performance, maintains donor data systems, and collaborates with organizational leaders on campaigns, donor communications, and philanthropic growth.
