The Field Growth Marketing Associate will lead in-person customer acquisition efforts in NYC, manage brand ambassadors, and execute marketing activations to drive signups and build awareness for MealPal.

Build and manage restaurant partnerships for MealPal by recruiting new merchants, identifying decision-makers, scheduling meetings, conducting high-volume outreach, negotiating offerings, solving partner challenges, and handling day-to-day requests. The role is full-time and on-site in Midtown Manhattan, Monday through Friday.

Manage relationships with MealPal restaurant partners through high-volume email and phone support, in-person meetings, partnership negotiations, and day-to-day requests. Coordinate restaurant marketing campaigns, use data to provide optimization recommendations, improve the partner experience, and streamline operational processes. The role is full-time and on-site in Midtown Manhattan.
