Develops full-stack software tools for operational test and evaluation data collection, conversion, correlation, statistical analysis, and reporting. Designs user interfaces, integrates backend services and databases, modifies existing tools, documents development methods, supports test planning, and presents evaluation results to senior leadership and headquarters. The role is on-site and requires collaboration with government and contractor personnel.

Develop, integrate, test, and sustain reusable NASA core Flight System (cFS) embedded software. Implement and debug C/C++/Python applications, integrate timing and estimation algorithms, build OpenC3 COSMOS ground interfaces, support Xilinx Zynq/PicoZed hardware integration, and maintain CI/CD, Docker, and GitLab-based workflows while producing documentation and test artifacts.

Provide senior Linux administration for Ubuntu and RHEL systems at NASA GSFC: install/configure systems, perform maintenance and patching, troubleshoot hardware/software/networking, manage VMs, use Ansible for configuration management, support Apache/Confluence/GitLab and backup/recovery, document procedures, and ensure compliance with federal security standards.

Develop, maintain, and sustain reusable Core Flight System (cFS) flight software components for NASA missions. Perform requirements analysis, design, coding, unit/integration testing, CI/CD, and documentation. Integrate software into customer flight environments, support hardware lab setup and embedded RTOS platforms, resolve defects, participate in reviews, and provide technical/customer support per NASA software engineering standards.

Support verification and validation of flight software for the STRIVE mission: develop and execute unit/integration/system tests, create and maintain test procedures and RTTMs, document test evidence and defects, support lab readiness and configuration management, and report verification status to project leadership in accordance with NASA standards.

Serve as lead for security of Special Access Program networks: develop A&A packages, perform RMF assessments, conduct vulnerability testing and audit reviews, implement STIGs/patching/scanning, support threat and risk assessments, and produce security documentation and training. Use ACAS, SCAP, XACTA, and eMASS to maintain compliance and reduce vulnerabilities.
