Provides operational, technical, and user support for NASA GSFC CAD/PLM systems, including Creo, SolidWorks, Windchill, and related applications. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, backups, infrastructure administration, user training, ticket resolution, license management, configuration management, software testing, system upgrades, and support for servers and virtual machines. The role is hybrid with 2–3 onsite days per week in Greenbelt, Maryland.

Provides front-desk reception and clerical support for a federal area office. Duties include answering phones, greeting and directing visitors, word processing correspondence and forms, filing and maintaining indexes, managing records disposition, retrieving information, and logging and routing incoming mail.

Develop, maintain, and sustain reusable Core Flight System (cFS) flight software components for NASA missions. Perform requirements analysis, design, coding, unit/integration testing, CI/CD, and documentation. Integrate software into customer flight environments, support hardware lab setup and embedded RTOS platforms, resolve defects, participate in reviews, and provide technical/customer support per NASA software engineering standards.
