Develops full-stack software tools for operational test and evaluation data collection, conversion, correlation, statistical analysis, and reporting. Designs user interfaces, integrates backend services and databases, modifies existing tools, documents development methods, supports test planning, and presents evaluation results to senior leadership and headquarters. The role is on-site and requires collaboration with government and contractor personnel.

Develops, tests, deploys, and maintains full-stack software applications and database solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, building frontend and backend functionality, supporting relational databases, maintaining CI/CD and cloud systems, documenting solutions, providing application support, and training users. The role also requires software testing, legacy system enhancement, technical communication with nontechnical personnel, and mentoring junior engineers.

Supports federal information-system security assessments and continuous monitoring under senior supervision. Reviews policies, system documentation, artifacts, and evidence against security controls and applicable frameworks; identifies and documents weaknesses, risks, and remediation recommendations; maintains traceable assessment records; tracks evidence and deadlines; and assists with basic scripting, automation, reporting, and cybersecurity team tools.
