Perform diagnostic imaging procedures across multiple modalities, prepare and position patients, operate imaging equipment, maintain EMR documentation, follow safety protocols, assist physicians with image-guided procedures, participate in quality assurance, and mentor cross-trained imaging staff.

Lead and manage OR nursing unit operations 24/7, including staffing, budgeting, quality outcomes, staff development, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure high-quality patient care.

Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures, ensures patient identification and preparation, operates imaging and C-arm/fluoro equipment, verifies image quality in PACS, maintains patient safety and confidentiality, and completes required training and competencies.

Provide direct patient care on a nephrology unit under RN supervision: assess, plan, and deliver individualized nursing care; use EMR/CPOE; perform medication administration, IV/line care, hemodialysis-related handoffs, infection control, patient education, safety initiatives, and documentation. Float to similar units and participate in professional development and hospital initiatives.

Lead and facilitate practice expansions, acquisitions, onboarding, and renovations. Support clinical quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, provide operational and financial analysis, build collaborative physician relationships, and participate in strategic planning to improve service line performance.

Provide age-appropriate oncology nursing care including assessment, interventions, and monitoring; promote patient-centered, compassionate care; use safety equipment and nursing quality standards; precept/mentor staff; participate in evidence-based practice and float to other like units as needed.

Oversee QA/QC and regulatory compliance for the Breast Imaging program, including MQSA-related testing, equipment performance monitoring, recordkeeping, staff education, policy development, and process improvement to ensure imaging quality and patient safety.

Perform professional fee medical coding using CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM; ensure coding compliance and productivity; maintain AAPC certification CEUs; assist with denials/appeals; communicate coding trends; collaborate with providers and billing teams.
