Leads financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and pro forma development for operational and strategic decision-making. Partners with finance business partners and organizational leaders to interpret results, identify trends, improve efficiency, and allocate resources. Develops complex reports and dashboards, supports financial systems and forecasting processes, resolves variance issues, mentors financial analysts, and provides budgeting-system support.

Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities by preparing journal entries, reconciling transactions, reviewing financial statements, analyzing variances, and maintaining accounting controls. Assists with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and annual Form 990 preparation. The role also supports operational teams, validates financial data, and recommends improvements to financial systems and processes.

Administers and expands the ServiceNow ITSM platform, including permissions, roles, groups, service catalogs, SLAs, CMDB health, system performance, data imports, update sets, migrations, patching, and upgrades. Provides application support, end-user training, and process and knowledge documentation. Requires strong communication skills, ITIL knowledge, and experience supporting IT applications in complex environments.

Provides onboarding, ongoing, and remedial training for hospital revenue cycle teams covering claims, insurance eligibility, authorizations, denials, customer service, and cash posting. Delivers training materials, evaluates employee progress, identifies additional training needs, and conducts post-training audits to verify competency and understanding.

Provides clinical education for nursing and hospital staff, including orientation, competency validation, skills assessments, and certification training. Coordinates onboarding and education schedules, documents competencies in the McLeod Health LMS, supports new graduates and transferring employees, facilitates BLS, ACLS, and PALS instruction, mentors instructors, and contributes to performance improvement initiatives.

Provides onboarding, ongoing training, retraining, and post-training audits for hospital revenue-cycle staff covering claims, insurance eligibility, authorizations, denials, customer service, and cash posting. Measures training effectiveness, identifies knowledge gaps, introduces training materials, and ensures employees are equipped to perform their responsibilities.

Designs, implements, and delivers leadership and organizational learning programs across the health system. Partners with leaders and HR to assess gaps, develop solutions, run orientation and annual training, and manage the full training lifecycle using blended delivery methods. Provides training consultation, conducts courses for staff, and maintains professional development in leadership and healthcare topics.
