Provides direct nursing care to electrophysiology lab patients, including assessments, individualized care planning, medication and blood-product administration, procedural support, moderate sedation, device monitoring, patient education, documentation, safety, infection control, and emergency response. The RN may serve as charge nurse, preceptor, and participant in evidence-based practice initiatives, while floating to similar units as needed.

Provides registered nursing care for Electrophysiology Lab patients, including assessment, individualized care planning, medication administration, procedural preparation and recovery, moderate sedation support, device monitoring, emergency response, patient education, documentation, infection prevention, and safety initiatives. The RN may serve as charge nurse, precept novice staff, support evidence-based practice, float to similar units, and contribute to efficient EP Lab operations.

Operates ultrasound equipment to perform abdominal and obstetric diagnostic imaging, prepares and comforts patients, reviews image quality, collaborates with physicians, and documents findings in the EMR. The role requires an accredited ultrasound technology program, relevant sonography or vascular credentials, BLS certification, South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards certification, and five years of ultrasound experience preferred.

Builds, configures, tests, modifies, and distributes Epic analytics content using Reporting Workbench, Slicer Dicer, Radar, Cogito SQL, Clarity, and Caboodle. Writes SQL, creates reports and dashboards, maintains analytics metadata, reviews peer reports, supports upgrades, collaborates with data consumers, and participates in 24/7 on-call support. Responsibilities may also include maintaining cubes, extracts, custom filters, and third-party business intelligence tools.

Oversee breast imaging quality assurance, quality control testing, regulatory compliance, equipment performance, audits, and corrective actions. Maintain QA/QC records, support inspections, investigate imaging and equipment issues, update protocols and policies, coordinate staff education and competency assessments, monitor maintenance documentation, and identify process improvements. The role also provides patient care support as needed.

Conduct HIPAA privacy audits, assess policies and facility compliance, identify PHI-related risks, track corrective actions, educate staff, monitor regulatory changes, and prepare audit reports and trend analyses for leadership.

Provides direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit, including assessments, nursing interventions, hourly rounding, care-plan implementation, compassionate patient and family support, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional development. Works full-time day shifts, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., totaling 72 hours biweekly.

Provides direct patient care in a neurology physician office, including patient assessment, triage, procedures, treatments, injections, diagnostic testing, education, telephone follow-up, and physician assistance. Maintains medical records, examination rooms, equipment, medications, and supplies. Supports quality assurance, chart audits, continuing education, and departmental operations.

Provides direct patient care support under nursing supervision, including hygiene, environmental cleanliness, nutrition and hydration assistance, hourly rounding, safety practices, patient transportation, data collection, documentation, and communication with the interdisciplinary care team. The extern must recognize age-specific patient needs, handle medication storage safely, and participate in professional growth and evidence-based activities.

Provides outpatient cardiovascular care, including evaluations, follow-up visits, disease management, treatment planning, preventive care, and patient education. Collaborates with cardiologists and a multidisciplinary team across two practice locations. The role includes structured onboarding, weekday clinic hours, limited weekend hospital coverage approximately every 8–10 weekends, and no call responsibilities.

Performs adult echocardiograms in inpatient, outpatient, procedural, stationary, and portable settings. Conducts transthoracic, transesophageal, dobutamine, exercise stress, contrast, and bubble studies according to standard ICAEL protocols. Independently acquires images and provides preliminary impressions as appropriate. Requires graduation from an echocardiography program, Basic Life Support certification, and obtaining an appropriate cardiac sonography credential within one year of graduation.

Provides perioperative nursing care: assesses patients, prepares and preps operating room, positions patients, performs circulating duties, documents care, enforces sterile technique, supervises team members, serves as liaison to families, participates in call, and maintains supplies and equipment. Requires BLS and state RN licensure; ACLS within six months.

Perform professional fee medical coding using CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM; ensure coding compliance and productivity; maintain AAPC certification CEUs; assist with denials/appeals; communicate coding trends; collaborate with providers and billing teams.

Performs electrophysiology and special procedures, produces interpretable images, selects technical factors, participates in continuing education, follows policies, and is available for call.

Provide patient assessment and age-appropriate nursing interventions per plan of care and standards. Promote compassionate, safe care; use safety equipment and standard work for quality indicators. Precept and mentor novice staff, support evidence-based practice initiatives, participate in professional development, float to similar units as needed, and perform other assigned duties.

Provide neuroendovascular-focused advanced practice care for neurology, stroke, neurosurgical, and thrombectomy patients. Perform comprehensive evaluations, order and interpret diagnostics, manage acute and chronic conditions, perform clinical procedures, prescribe per state regulations, coordinate multidisciplinary care, participate in Neuroservices committees and education, maintain documentation and competencies, and uphold DNV stroke standards.

Operates the CT scanner, produces high-quality diagnostic images for radiologists, provides patient care, maintains supplies and equipment, and upholds professional customer-service standards. Requires completion of an approved radiologic technology or nuclear medicine program, ARRT radiography eligibility and/or current NMTCB CT certification, BLS certification, and applicable South Carolina radiography or CT credentials.

Performs advanced imaging and interventional procedures, including angiography, interventional radiology, and cardiac catheterization. Operates fluoroscopy equipment, prepares patients and procedure rooms, assists physicians using sterile technique, monitors vital signs, documents procedures in the EHR, and ensures radiation safety, infection control, equipment quality, and regulatory compliance.

Supports radiologic technologists by preparing patients and exam rooms, observing or assisting with imaging procedures, maintaining room cleanliness and supply inventory, and following safety and confidentiality standards. Provides patient-focused support while working independently and collaboratively in a healthcare environment.

Provides registered nursing care in the operating room, follows health and safety standards, supports nursing quality indicators, mentors novice employees, floats to similar units as needed, and completes assigned duties. The full-time weekday position requires on-call coverage with a 30-minute response time. Candidates must graduate from an accredited registered nursing program, hold a valid South Carolina or compact RN license, and maintain active Basic Life Support certification plus unit-specific certifications.
