Administers and expands the ServiceNow ITSM platform, including permissions, roles, groups, service catalogs, SLAs, CMDB health, system performance, data imports, update sets, migrations, patching, and upgrades. Provides application support, end-user training, and process and knowledge documentation. Requires strong communication skills, ITIL knowledge, and experience supporting IT applications in complex environments.

Provides onboarding, ongoing, and remedial training for hospital revenue cycle teams covering claims, insurance eligibility, authorizations, denials, customer service, and cash posting. Delivers training materials, evaluates employee progress, identifies additional training needs, and conducts post-training audits to verify competency and understanding.

Provides clinical education for nursing and hospital staff, including orientation, competency validation, skills assessments, and certification training. Coordinates onboarding and education schedules, documents competencies in the McLeod Health LMS, supports new graduates and transferring employees, facilitates BLS, ACLS, and PALS instruction, mentors instructors, and contributes to performance improvement initiatives.
