Lead reverse-engineering of a large .NET monolith, define a modernization roadmap to .NET Core/.NET 8+, design microservices and AWS cloud architectures, guide migrations (strangler/re-platforming), enforce API/security/observability standards, mentor engineers, and drive governance and cost-optimized scalable solutions.
