The Power
Platform Developer will work closely with business stakeholders, operations
leadership, and the technology team to translate process requirements into
scalable low-code solutions. The team is responsible for:
• Designing and building
automated workflows and low-code applications across the organization
• Integrating Power Platform
solutions with enterprise systems including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and SQL
Server
• Developing reusable components
and connectors to extend platform capabilities
• Maintaining documentation,
governance standards, and deployment processes
• Supporting business
stakeholders in identifying and resolving automation opportunities

and optimize automation performance

• Follow security, governance,
and compliance best practices within the Power Platform environment

Skills Required
- 3-5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with APIs and enterprise data sources
- Experience working with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook integrations
- Experience with SQL Server (integration, queries, data sources)
- Ability to develop reusable components and custom connectors using C# and .NET
- Experience troubleshooting workflow failures and optimizing automation performance
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment processes, and governance standards
- Experience collaborating with non-technical business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Follows security, governance, and compliance best practices within Power Platform
