Lead IT strategy and operations for a multi-state civil engineering firm: develop IT roadmap, manage infrastructure and security, oversee Egnyte file management, procure equipment, build and mentor IT team, manage vendors and budgets, ensure high availability and incident response, and report IT status to executive leadership.
