Prepare and review plans, specifications, contract documents, and estimates for electrical, controls, instrumentation, substation, transmission, and distribution projects. Assist project scoping, client communication, regulatory coordination, project design and progress tracking, and supervise technical support staff as needed.

Support marketing and proposal efforts: track RFP/RFQ opportunities, manage proposal files, coordinate teams, gather content and graphics, prepare and finalize SOQs, produce internal/external content, assist events, and support marketing and business development activities.
