Provide front-desk and office administrative support: greet visitors, answer phones, manage mail, maintain supplies and breakroom, track pool vehicle and Visa receipts, file and archive project documents, assist Office Manager with A/P routing, and support special projects and committees.

Civil engineering intern supporting site layout, grading, earthwork, utility, stormwater, and water or wastewater design projects. Assists with permitting, construction administration, field inspections, shop drawing reviews, cost estimates, specifications, design reports, construction plans, and documenting design changes. The role provides practical engineering experience and supports Project Engineers with assignments based on the intern’s interests and experience.

Prepare and review plans, specifications, contract documents, and estimates for electrical, controls, instrumentation, substation, transmission, and distribution projects. Assist project scoping, client communication, regulatory coordination, project design and progress tracking, and supervise technical support staff as needed.
