Oversees AI-enabled marketing transformation, marketing technology optimization, social media, organizational development, and external partnerships while building a high-performing marketing leadership team.

Lead the data engineering foundation for MCG’s AI products. Build and operate data platforms, ingestion and transformation workflows, governed datasets, dashboards, and reliable production pipelines. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and customers to translate needs into technical solutions, support machine learning lifecycles, identify insights, and inform AI product decisions and roadmaps.

Leads architecture for scalable, reliable agent-based AI products. Partners with product, engineering, data science, clinical, and customer teams to translate needs into architectures, prototypes, technical recommendations, and delivery plans. Conducts technical discovery, engages early-stage customers, evaluates adoption barriers, and guides solutions from proof of concept to production. Requires strong architecture judgment, communication, and experience shipping large-scale AI systems, with healthcare, deep learning, or NLP experience preferred.

Leads complex healthcare technology pre-sales engagements by designing integration architectures, explaining AI-enabled solutions, addressing security and interoperability requirements, and serving as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams. The role supports enterprise EHR integrations, technical due diligence, RFP responses, solution presentations, risk mitigation, implementation planning, and post-sale handoff. Travel to client sites and company events may reach 25%.

The Senior Product Manager will define and execute strategy for data platform capabilities, ensuring data usability, leading cross-functional teams, and driving measurable business outcomes in healthcare settings.

Lead design and operation of the Synapse Everywhere external API platform: define API surface and guarantees, translate product and clinical requirements into contracts, own reliability and on-call incident response, provide technical mentorship and code reviews, and design scalable, secure cloud-native solutions (k8s, LLMs) with strong developer experience.

Build and operate internal APIs and delivery systems for Data Science solutions. Implement deployment, security, auth, and observability; support integrations; runbooks and documentation; participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-incident improvements; provide code reviews and mentorship; design solutions on cloud, Kubernetes, and LLM-enabled infrastructure.
