Drives revenue growth across strategic healthcare provider accounts, including health systems, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks. Responsibilities include prospecting, account and territory planning, executive engagement, solution positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, forecasting, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles. Partners with account management and cross-functional teams to acquire and expand clients, support RFPs, maintain Salesforce pipeline visibility, and achieve sales quotas. The role requires substantial provider healthcare knowledge and up to 60% travel.

Leads MCG’s enterprise marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, digital marketing, market intelligence, and commercial growth initiatives. Establishes the marketing operating model, governance, budget, performance metrics, and investment priorities. Partners with executive, sales, product, customer success, and revenue operations leaders to drive pipeline, acquisition, retention, and expansion. Oversees AI-enabled marketing transformation, marketing technology optimization, social media, organizational development, and external partnerships while building a high-performing marketing leadership team.

Lead the data engineering foundation for MCG’s AI products. Build and operate data platforms, ingestion and transformation workflows, governed datasets, dashboards, and reliable production pipelines. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and customers to translate needs into technical solutions, support machine learning lifecycles, identify insights, and inform AI product decisions and roadmaps.
