Build and evolve machine learning tooling and infrastructure for AI-powered clinical solutions, including automated prompt tuning, feedback loops, model benchmarking, experimentation, and evaluation. Partner with data science, clinical, software engineering, and product teams to develop scalable solutions, solve ambiguous technical problems, establish engineering standards, and provide technical mentorship without direct management responsibility.

Owns strategy and lifecycle delivery for AI, data, and healthcare technology products. Leads customer discovery, requirements, prioritization, integrations, investment cases, pricing, adoption, and performance measurement. Partners with clinical, data science, engineering, commercial, customer, and executive teams to deliver enterprise products and improve clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. Mentors product managers and serves as a senior individual contributor.

Owns a significant healthcare product area as product owner for a delivery team. Defines roadmap objectives, requirements, priorities, KPIs, and business cases; conducts customer discovery, market and workflow analysis; and makes product tradeoffs. Partners with engineering, design, clinical, data, compliance, security, sales, and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes. The role also supports go-to-market readiness, improves product practices, mentors junior product managers, and uses AI-assisted workflows.
