Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered legal solutions: design and run unit, integration, system, performance, and scalability tests; integrate automated suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD; generate and evaluate AI-assisted test cases; maintain defect tracking and quality metrics; collaborate with security and engineering teams to ensure production-ready releases.

Lead the firms awards and recognition program: develop strategy and annual calendar, identify high-value opportunities, draft and edit submissions to firm style and AP Style, partner with internal teams, track outcomes in CRM, analyze metrics, and support directory submissions.

Manage procurement for IT hardware, telecom, and related services: process purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, submit invoices, support vendor contracts and RFPs, administer purchasing systems, analyze expenditures, and provide procurement data to stakeholders.

Lead business development for Tax, Employee Benefits, and Private Client Services: set strategy, manage BD team, create go-to-market and cross-sell plans, leverage market research and CRM, coordinate with firm marketing, and drive revenue-generating client initiatives.
