Lead creative vision and delivery for McDermott events from intimate gatherings to 2,000+ attendee signature events. Design immersive physical and digital experiences, oversee digital assets and on-site branding, manage creative workflows and timelines, brief and direct internal designers and external vendors, and ensure cohesive, on-brand execution on time and on budget.

Build and maintain centralized pricing data infrastructure, scalable workflows, and data pipelines; integrate AI capabilities; deliver pricing tools, reporting, and governance to support data-driven pricing and budgeting across the firm.

Provide desk-side and remote IT support, monitor ACD and help desk ticketing, troubleshoot hardware/software, manage new-hire setups, AV conferencing, office moves, and local infrastructure tasks. Lead business development for Tax, Employee Benefits, and Private Client Services: set strategy, manage BD team, create go-to-market and cross-sell plans, leverage market research and CRM, coordinate with firm marketing, and drive revenue-generating client initiatives.

Lead development and implementation of the firm's attorney AI learning strategy. Assess training needs, design curricula, credentialing, and workshops; coordinate cross-functionally with KM, IT, and practice leaders; track participation and outcomes; monitor legal AI tools and translate developments into practical lawyer-facing training and guidance.

Provide administrative and project support to the litigation business development team: prepare RFP/pitch responses, manage CRM and matter tracking, coordinate events and webinars, compile research and directory submissions, create BD collateral, and support attorney engagement and reporting.

Plan and coordinate small to mid-size firm-wide events; manage venue sourcing, budgets, vendors, audiovisual, food and beverage, and onsite execution. Lead planning calls, track expenses, prepare post-event reports, interface with senior executives and VIPs, and support large-scale events and team administrative tasks.

Researches and generates conflict-of-interest reports for potential clients and matters, audits and corrects conflicts database entries, coordinates with attorneys and staff, and provides support using legal research tools and Intapp Open. Communicates search results, assists with troubleshooting, and supports global firm deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Provide legal advice and governance for firm-wide AI initiatives, partnering with IT, security, procurement, and business teams. Advise on data use, privacy, IP, confidentiality, vendor contracts, and regulatory developments; develop policies, training, and standards to enable responsible AI adoption and mitigate operational, legal, and reputational risk.

Lead development and delivery of communication and learning programs for firm IT projects. Serve as change agent, create training materials (videos, eLearning, guides), conduct product testing and user feedback analysis, build change champion relationships, and report on application configurations to ensure strong user adoption and experience.

Lead business development for the Transactions practice: manage BD team and processes, identify client growth and cross‑sell opportunities, oversee RFPs, proposals, lateral partner integrations, budgets, events, collateral, and consult with attorneys on BD plans to grow revenue and brand.

Lead enterprise-scale technology and AI programs, managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and cross‑team dependencies. Drive delivery across software, integrations, infrastructure, and GenAI deployments; establish governance, communicate to executives, resolve blockers, and ensure audit readiness and operational adoption.

Plan and execute small-to-mid size firm-wide client events and support large programs.
