Serve as strategic pricing advisor to partners: lead RFP and alternative fee pricing, align with BD and Finance, support reporting and post-pitch analysis, analyze realization and matter profitability, and use AI/analytics to identify pricing trends and improve firm pricing tools and processes.

Maintain and update litigation docketing database, identify and calculate court deadlines, create and manage docketing policies, prepare calendars, and coordinate with attorneys, courts, agencies, and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant filing and deadline tracking.

Lead business development and revenue-generating initiatives for Restructuring, Finance and Tax in London: client targeting, RFPs/pitches, lateral onboarding, cross-selling, strategic research, events, sponsorships, and management of direct reports and BD budgets.
