Lead business development and revenue-generating initiatives for Restructuring, Finance and Tax in London: client targeting, RFPs/pitches, lateral onboarding, cross-selling, strategic research, events, sponsorships, and management of direct reports and BD budgets.

Provides desk-side technology support, resolves and escalates help desk tickets, troubleshoots hardware and software, supports desktop applications and mobile devices, and coordinates new-hire setups, office moves, departures, and conferencing. Participates in technology pilots, follows IT policies, assists with local and regional projects, and may support office infrastructure such as cabling. Requires effective communication, prioritization, confidentiality, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Manages business development for the employment practice group by developing growth strategies, expanding client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, overseeing RFPs and proposals, integrating lateral partners, managing budgets, guiding team performance, supporting attorney business plans, coordinating events, reviewing marketing collateral, and monitoring market trends.
