Supports People Analytics through HR data analysis, dashboards, reporting, workforce modeling, and employee listening programs. Designs and analyzes surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels; identifies trends; and translates findings into actionable recommendations for leaders. Manages Qualtrics, Workday Peakon, and Workday Reporting capabilities while partnering with HRIS and IT to ensure accurate, secure, and governed people data. Evaluates HR programs, supports workforce planning, and improves analytical practices across the global HR function.

Researches potential clients and matters, processes conflict searches, analyzes and edits results, audits conflicts database records, and communicates findings to attorneys and compliance teams. Coordinates with attorneys and secretaries, researches clients using online tools, assists with report interpretation and database troubleshooting, and protects confidential information while meeting tight deadlines.

Executes law student recruiting and summer associate programs for assigned offices. Builds relationships with law schools and student organizations, manages interviews and offers, coordinates outreach and sponsorships, oversees 10-week summer programs, maintains ATS data, generates recruiting reports, manages budgets, and supports firm-wide recruiting initiatives and process improvements. Requires coordination with hiring partners, recruiting committees, and internal stakeholders while following NALP rules and school policies.
