Provides administrative support for lateral partner and counsel recruiting, including applicant tracking system updates, interview scheduling, candidate communications, expense processing, onboarding coordination, feedback tracking, recruiting metrics, file maintenance, and event logistics. The role supports Talent Acquisition Coordinators, handles confidential information, responds to routine inquiries, and assists with recruiting projects and internal communications under established guidelines.

The Conflicts Attorney analyzes and resolves potential conflicts involving new business and lateral attorney hires across firm offices. Responsibilities include preparing conflict reports, advising attorneys and firm committees, maintaining ethical screens and waivers, reviewing engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with conflicts and risk management policies. The role requires strong judgment, organization, communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage deadlines with minimal supervision.
