Converts AutoCAD and PDF one-line diagrams into SKM Power Tools models, assists with time-current curve reports, incident-energy calculations, PPE recommendations, documentation, data validation, and quality-control reviews. The intern collaborates with internal teams, clients, owners, and contractors while interpreting electrical drawings, specifications, equipment data, and field information. The role is primarily indoors, with approximately 10% of time at project or construction sites.

Performs electrical engineering design for complex buildings, data centers, and campus systems, including power distribution, lighting, communications, fire alarms, and control systems. Coordinates with designers, drafters, architects, contractors, and other engineers; researches and selects equipment; conducts field inspections; reviews drawings; produces construction documents; and responds to contractor requests for information under senior engineer supervision.

Develops, manages, and coordinates electrical BIM models for building systems using Revit. Creates 3D models, coordinates designs with architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines, resolves clashes, supports electrical engineers and project managers, and maintains project modeling standards. The role involves primarily indoor work with approximately 10% field or construction-site work and requires occasional physical activities and PPE use.

Designs electrical systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, and campus facilities, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, communications, and controls. Advises clients on electrical requirements and code compliance, leads design teams, performs field inspections, coordinates project stakeholders, troubleshoots complex issues, supports construction implementation, and manages electrical project budgets, schedules, communications, and documentation.

Leads the Finance function, overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, audits, tax engagements, internal controls, and compliance. Partners with executive leadership on financial strategy, profitability, risk management, and growth initiatives. Manages and develops the Finance team while improving processes, reporting automation, financial systems, and operational efficiency.

Provide electrical/mechanical drafting support for building and campus systems using CAD/Revit. Create and revise detailed drawings, collaborate with engineers, ensure compliance with standards, maintain drawing records, and assist with project documentation and site visits.
