Leads the Finance function, overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, audits, tax engagements, internal controls, and compliance. Partners with executive leadership on financial strategy, profitability, risk management, and growth initiatives. Manages and develops the Finance team while improving processes, reporting automation, financial systems, and operational efficiency.

Provide electrical/mechanical drafting support for building and campus systems using CAD/Revit. Create and revise detailed drawings, collaborate with engineers, ensure compliance with standards, maintain drawing records, and assist with project documentation and site visits.

Lead electrical design for building and campus projects including power distribution, lighting and controls, fire alarm, voice/data, A/V, and controls. Produce construction documents, coordinate design teams, perform field verification, guide construction, troubleshoot systems, and manage electrical-discipline project budgets and schedules.
