Leads the Finance function, overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, audits, tax coordination, internal controls, compliance, and process improvement. Partners with executive leadership to provide financial insight, manage risk, improve profitability and cash flow, and support organizational growth. Directly leads and develops the Finance team while optimizing financial systems, reporting, and workflows.

Design electrical systems for commercial, institutional, and healthcare building projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, communications, and control systems. Prepare construction documents, advise clients, conduct field inspections, coordinate design teams, guide construction implementation, troubleshoot complex systems, and lead junior staff. Manage electrical project budgets, schedules, communications, standards, and files.

Develops and coordinates electrical BIM models for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems. Creates and maintains Revit models, coordinates with architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing teams, resolves clashes, supports engineering design intent, and maintains project modeling standards. The role requires collaboration with designers, drafters, engineers, and project managers, plus occasional construction-site work involving PPE and physical activity.
