Manage full-cycle recruiting across practice areas, including sourcing, candidate assessment, interviews, negotiations, onboarding handoff, and pipeline development. Maintain job descriptions, recruiting systems, compliance records, hiring reports, and market insights. Train hiring managers on structured interviewing, run university and veteran programs, manage vendors, support hiring plans, and own employer brand and candidate experience. The role requires managing 8–12 concurrent searches and periodic campus recruiting travel.

Embedded on client-facing teams to research labor markets and workforce data. Acquire and clean public and proprietary data, build custom scraping and analytical tools, and apply ML/NLP/LLM techniques to produce talent intelligence and actionable recommendations for clients.
