Lead workplace and space-planning projects from concept through delivery. Develop space plans, test fits, layouts, and programming studies; manage scope, schedules, coordination, and client communication. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams, review documentation, resolve design issues, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with UK regulations, accessibility requirements, and client standards.

Lead architecture projects from concept through construction, managing scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, deliverables, consultants, client relationships, permitting, quality control, and construction administration. Mentor junior staff, coordinate project meetings and documentation, oversee RFIs and submittals, support billing and collections, report project status, contribute to proposals and interviews, and identify additional client services. The role requires retail design experience, strong knowledge of building systems and codes, organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

Supports architectural design and documentation for retail projects, producing drawings, incorporating revisions, resolving space-planning requirements, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to site planning, design development, detailing, and production-process improvements.
