Produces accurate 2D and 3D retail store layouts, elevations, sections, FF&E plans, inventory lists, and standardized project documentation. Applies retail guidelines, planograms, fixture packages, survey data, redlines, and client requirements while maintaining Revit and InDesign templates. Manages multiple concurrent space-planning tasks, meets fast deadlines, supports quality control, and resolves documentation issues independently.

Leads the London studio’s operations, profitability, growth, client relationships, design direction, technical compliance, hiring, and team development. Oversees UK projects against global standards, UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and RIBA work stages. Builds strategic partnerships and new business across the UK and Europe while coordinating with international leadership and teams across multiple time zones.

Manages project accounting, including project setup, fee forecasting, expense and labor adjustments, payroll, billing, accounts receivable, aging reports, reconciliations, and collections. Maintains financial records, supports project managers through Deltek Vantagepoint training, resolves accounting issues, and improves accounting processes. Requires U.S. and U.K. payroll knowledge, accounts receivable and general accounting experience, Excel proficiency, and Deltek Vantagepoint experience.
