We are seeking a Project Manager in our Mumbai office for our Retail + Restaurant studio. This role focuses on the timely and accurate production of project deliverables from design development through construction, opportunity to work on diverse retail projects across phases, contribute to high-quality documentation, and grow technical and design skills under the mentorship of the studio Principal.

A Day in life:

  • Thoroughly understand the client's objectives & communication to pursue new opportunities.

  • Set and implement project strategy, workflow, & processes

  • Delegate work assignments based on project scope and team member's skill set

  • Manage the production of client deliverables on time and budget: Identify extra services

  • Manage revenue projections and staffing projections

  • Oversight of, and adherence to, professional standards and technical procedures

  • Quality assurance: Perform quality checks to ensure the deliverables are error free

  • Lead and mentor junior staff and designers to achieve efficient project progress and professional development

  • Assist with developing proposals and reviewing contracts

  • Provide construction administration services

  • Provide technical guidance and creative solutions to address complex technical and design challenges

  • Direct production and maintain quality control of construction drawings

  • Retail roll out, luxury retail, and ground up retail projects

  • Space planning for retail stores

  • Implementation of prototypes + non prototypical work

  • Custom design and detailing

You Have the Following Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture or relevant field

  • 10 years of experience in Retail and roll-out segment.

  • Proficient in Sketch-up, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, etc.
