We are seeking a Project Leader in the Mumbai office for our Retail + Restaurant studio. This role focuses on the timely and accurate production of project deliverables from design development through construction, opportunities to work on diverse retail projects across phases, contribute to high-quality documentation, and grow technical and design skills under the mentorship of project managers

A Day in life:

  • Manage the production of client deliverables on time and budget, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants

  • Provide corrections, revisions, red line changes, and comments to the team

  • Review, coordinate, and revise drawings per RFI's, bulletins, and addendums

  • Review and issue documents for bids & permits

  • Conduct quality assurance to meet drawing standards, ensure the deliverables are error free

  • Implement efficiencies and ways to improve production methods

  • Train the team to produce accurate drawing sets

  • Conduct training, on-boarding, best practice touch bases and team check ins on regular basis

  • Provide construction administration services to help reply to RFIs and review submittals and manage close out of projects

  • Ability to work on various brands in a fast-changing environment

  • Work for a multi-office/multi-time zone company

  • Supporting and sharing knowledge with the team members

  • Communicating changes in project scope or schedule

  • Delegating tasks to junior staff and Architects

You Have the Following Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture or relevant field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail and roll-out segment

  • Proficient in Sketch-up, Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, etc.

Skills Required
