Lead and prioritize EU-level R&T initiatives, drive proposal development and consortia building, influence EU institutions (EDA, EC) and national stakeholders, define win strategies for EDF/EDIP/HorizonEU, and coordinate multinational teams to align R&T capture with MBDA group strategy.

Lead export business development and sales campaigns across European markets. Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, define winning commercial and country strategies, set pricing targets, lead negotiations, and lead multinational win teams to secure export defence contracts.

Lead multi-channel communications projects from concept to completion: translate strategy into plans, manage budgets/timelines/resources, coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, drive campaigns and crisis communications, set KPIs, monitor performance, and deliver post-project reviews and process improvements.

Lead development, implementation and maintenance of a Group-wide Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). Standardize BIAs, risk assessments and BCPs, run exercises, support crisis response, ensure ISO 22301 compliance, embed BC culture, coordinate with Risk and Insurance teams, and provide guidance to senior management and local sites.

Lead the design and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Treasury capabilities across MBDA national companies, harmonise cash forecasting, represent Treasury in the IMPACT core team, manage stakeholders and banking partners, and drive process improvements to maximise benefits from the new system.

Provide commercial and regulatory legal advice for domestic and international contracts (sales, NDA, MOU, IP, procurement). Support post-signature contract deployment, handle claims, deliver legal research and training, and work with multifunctional, multijurisdictional teams. Ensure compliance, identify risks, and support senior legal leadership while interacting with international stakeholders and travelling extensively.

Monitor Italian and international tax law changes; quantify, report and forecast tax liabilities; prepare direct, indirect and withholding tax returns; manage VAT plafond and foreign taxes (including PE overview); improve tax compliance, internal controls and tax automation; support Italian Tax Manager with tax authorities, auditors and regulatory bodies.
