The Internet Sales Consultant manages internet leads, makes outbound calls, sets appointments, maintains CRM and follow-up processes, and guides customers from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery. The role requires consistent sales performance, strong communication and presentation skills, effective closing abilities, customer-focused service, and collaboration with sales management to achieve monthly goals. The position is full-time, in person, and requires dealership sales experience plus a valid driver’s license.

Assist customers with vehicle selection, explain purchase and lease options, manage leads and follow-ups in a CRM, and deliver a professional, customer-focused sales experience. Participate in training, accept coaching, and meet department performance standards. No automotive sales experience is required.
