Automotive Sales Associate/Sales Associate Trainee (Entry-Level Friendly)

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in person, online, and by phone; build rapport and identify needs
- Guide customers through vehicle selection and present purchase/lease options clearly and professionally
- Maintain long-term follow-up with leads who are not yet ready to purchase
- Use the CRM tracking system daily to document activity, schedule follow-ups, and manage your sales pipeline
- Stay coachable — participate in training, apply feedback, and work toward department performance standards
Qualifications
- No automotive sales experience required
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
- Positive, team-first attitude with strong collaboration skills
- Professional, prompt, and courteous communication
