Unload and stage empty cases to meet production schedules, assist with trailer movement, maintain dock and equipment cleanliness, document paperwork per SOPs, identify and remove damaged cases, report food safety/quality issues, and follow GMP, safety, and sanitation requirements.

Operate and maintain Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems to clean, sanitize, and inspect equipment, tanks, and pipelines. Perform equipment assembly/disassembly, basic preventive maintenance, recordkeeping, sample collection, troubleshooting, housekeeping, and follow SOPs, GMPs, and food safety requirements.

Lead process controls and electrical engineering for site construction, expansion, and equipment design. Develop standards, manage projects, vendors, budgets, and technical specifications. Ensure GMP, FDA/USDA/OSHA compliance, reduce operating costs, and support multi-plant controls initiatives.

Lead and direct multi-plant ice cream manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, safety, and financial targets. Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans, KPIs, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure regulatory compliance, standardization across the supply chain, and promote a data-driven, team-oriented culture while advising senior leadership and driving operational sustainability.
