Supervise third-shift production employees and coordinate scheduling, workflow, safety, quality, sanitation, and fulfillment goals in a food manufacturing plant. Monitor processing equipment and production activities, resolve issues, support continuous improvement, and ensure GMP and regulatory compliance. Lead employee training, coaching, performance management, timekeeping, investigations, and labor-policy administration while collaborating with HR and plant management.

Operates, cleans, sets up, and monitors manufacturing equipment across production lines. Performs skilled processing and machine operation, troubleshoots equipment issues, completes quality checks and documentation, performs minor maintenance and sanitation, prepares equipment for changeovers, reviews process data, and supports training. Ensures compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements while communicating production concerns to supervisors and other departments.

Moves, positions, and parks trucks and trailers in yard and dock areas to support shipping and receiving. Connects and disconnects semitrailers, transports vehicles for repairs, maintains movement logs, performs inspections and preventive maintenance, and keeps the yard and equipment clean. May wash vehicles and complete delivery or over-the-road routes as needed. Requires adherence to DOT, safety, quality, and GMP procedures.
