Review, correct, and prepare claims for accurate, timely submission to payers. Identify and resolve claim edits, submit electronic and paper claims, update practice management system, prioritize based on aging/dollars, contact payers for unpaid claims, and support quality assurance of pre-submission claims.

Lead and manage the Spine Services clinical program, partnering with physicians and operations leadership to advance strategy, standardize care, drive data-driven quality improvement, oversee budgets and business development, mentor staff, and occasionally provide APP clinic coverage. Responsible for operational management of spine programs, reporting, collaboration with hospital partners, and supporting research and professional development to improve patient outcomes and growth.

Serve as first point of contact for new patients: coordinate referrals, verify insurance, request records/imaging, schedule appointments, enter accurate data into scheduling/EMR systems, triage urgency, and provide empathetic, high-quality customer service while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Join Mayfield Brain & Spine to provide non-surgical spine and interventional pain care at the Anderson Township location. Duties include performing interventional pain procedures, EMG and nerve conduction studies, collaborating with neurosurgery and other providers, building a new market presence, contributing to research/publications, and supporting practice growth in an independent physician-led environment.
