Lead and manage the Spine Services clinical program, partnering with physicians and operations leadership to advance strategy, standardize care, drive data-driven quality improvement, oversee budgets and business development, mentor staff, and occasionally provide APP clinic coverage. Responsible for operational management of spine programs, reporting, collaboration with hospital partners, and supporting research and professional development to improve patient outcomes and growth.

Duties include performing interventional pain procedures, EMG and nerve conduction studies, collaborating with neurosurgery and other providers, building a new market presence, contributing to research/publications, and supporting practice growth in an independent physician-led environment.
