Lead and manage the Spine Services clinical program, partnering with physicians and operations leadership to advance strategy, standardize care, drive data-driven quality improvement, oversee budgets and business development, mentor staff, and occasionally provide APP clinic coverage. Responsible for operational management of spine programs, reporting, collaboration with hospital partners, and supporting research and professional development to improve patient outcomes and growth.

On-site senior accountant responsible for monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting support, tax schedules, fixed-asset accounting, payables review, audit support, and financial/statistical analyses for Mayfield Clinic and affiliates.
