Design and improve product user experiences and interfaces through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Create visual elements, maintain the product’s design language and style guide, apply responsive design principles, and collaborate with product and development teams to ensure accurate implementation. The role requires strong SaaS knowledge, product lifecycle experience, communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking.

Own the SaaS product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap development through delivery, packaging, and launches. Translate customer needs into requirements and user stories, prioritize initiatives, define success metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, QA, sales, customer success, and leadership. The role requires analyzing product usage, addressing scalability and performance, enabling go-to-market teams, and driving strategic alignment across stakeholders.

Create marketing-first design assets for B2B SaaS: Figma-ready landing pages, website visuals, product and feature videos, motion graphics, campaign assets, brochures, newsletters, and sales collateral while maintaining brand consistency.

Define and translate product requirements into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with engineering, design, and product leads to manage sprint and release plans, drive velocity, and ensure timely delivery of SaaS features. Partner on product strategy and support cross-functional execution.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Django on AWS. Implement caching with Redis, work with relational databases, apply CI/CD, write unit/integration tests, and collaborate across teams following Agile practices.

Design and build scalable, responsive SaaS front-end features using modern React and TypeScript. Own front-end architecture, design systems, performance optimization, testing, mentoring, and cross-team delivery.

Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for web applications using Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability.

Architect and build autonomous AI agents for revenue operations: develop agentic systems using LangChain/LlamaIndex, implement RAG and prompt engineering, integrate with Salesforce and cloud services, optimize LLM inference, and add observability and scalable deployments to drive predictive sales and customer success automation.

Own the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound B2B SaaS leads—conduct discovery, demo, negotiation, and close. Build relationships with Sales, RevOps, and GTM stakeholders, forecast in CRM, exceed quotas, collaborate cross‑functionally, and provide market feedback to refine positioning and product.

Develop and maintain automated API tests and frameworks using Postman and API automation tools. Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, perform API functional and regression testing, debug issues with developers, and follow Agile SDLC practices to ensure reliable, scalable web services.

Partner with Sales to demo and articulate MaxIQ's AI-powered SaaS platform, gather requirements, respond to RFIs/RFPs, scope technical proposals, and support deals by translating technical value into customer outcomes.

Serve as strategic partner to SaaS customers, drive retention and expansion, onboard and train users, run QBRs, analyze usage to mitigate churn, identify upsell opportunities, handle escalations, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve adoption.

Lead and set UX vision for an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform. Build and mentor the UX team, design modern interfaces, ensure usability and accessibility, collaborate with Product and Engineering, establish UX processes, incorporate user feedback and analytics, and represent the UX externally.

Lead MaxIQ's product organization to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-driven customer journey platform. Hire and mentor product managers, collaborate cross-functionally, drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch, track metrics, and represent the product externally.

Develop responsive, scalable React applications using TypeScript and Redux. Implement unit and integration tests (Jest, Cypress), ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and collaborate in agile teams with code reviews and debugging.

Generate outbound pipeline through calls, emails, and social outreach; qualify leads and schedule discovery calls; maintain CRM records; tailor messaging for buyer personas; collaborate with Marketing and Sales; optimize outreach and meet monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.
