Maintain brand consistency, translate messaging into clear visuals, and collaborate with marketing, product marketing, content, and leadership to support campaigns, demand generation, and sales collateral.

Develop responsive, scalable React applications using TypeScript and Redux. Implement unit and integration tests (Jest, Cypress), ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and collaborate in agile teams with code reviews and debugging.

Lead improvements to CI/CD, cloud-native infrastructure, reliability, observability, performance, and scalability. Architect and operate multi-cloud, containerized deployments (Kubernetes, ECS/Fargate), automate infrastructure (Terraform/CloudFormation), manage databases and networking, lead incident response and postmortems, mentor engineers, and collaborate on architectural decisions across services.

Lead and set UX vision for an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform. Build and mentor the UX team, design modern interfaces, ensure usability and accessibility, collaborate with Product and Engineering, establish UX processes, incorporate user feedback and analytics, and represent the UX externally.

Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for web applications using Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability.

Serve as strategic partner to SaaS customers, drive retention and expansion, onboard and train users, run QBRs, analyze usage to mitigate churn, identify upsell opportunities, handle escalations, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve adoption.
