Drive product strategy and execution for MaxIQ’s AI-driven B2B SaaS customer journey platform. Responsibilities include gathering customer and stakeholder feedback, defining product requirements, collaborating with UX and Engineering, creating roadmaps with senior management, and ensuring successful, on-schedule product launches. The role requires strong SaaS knowledge, product lifecycle experience, communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking.

Own the SaaS product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap development through delivery, packaging, and launches. Translate customer needs into requirements and user stories, prioritize initiatives, define success metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, QA, sales, customer success, and leadership. The role requires analyzing product usage, addressing scalability and performance, enabling go-to-market teams, and driving strategic alignment across stakeholders.
