Design and improve product user experiences and interfaces through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Create visual elements, maintain the product’s design language and style guide, apply responsive design principles, and collaborate with product and development teams to ensure accurate implementation. Assist with user research, iterate on designs, and stay current with UI/UX trends and best practices.

Build responsive, scalable backend and full-stack cloud applications using Python, Django, AWS, Redis, and relational databases. Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows, write unit and integration tests, apply software design patterns and Agile practices, and troubleshoot application or workflow issues. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers, communicate complex technical problems, and continuously learn evolving cloud-native technologies.

Drive product strategy and execution for MaxIQ’s AI-driven B2B SaaS customer journey platform. Responsibilities include gathering customer and stakeholder feedback, defining product requirements, collaborating with UX and Engineering, creating roadmaps with senior management, and ensuring successful, on-schedule product launches. The role requires strong SaaS knowledge, product lifecycle experience, communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
