Provide L2/L3 technical support for online charging systems and telecom infrastructure in a high-availability environment. Troubleshoot HTTP/2, REST, Diameter, and SS7 issues; conduct health checks, monitor stability, analyze KPIs and traffic, manage incidents, and maintain tariff products. The role requires Linux/UNIX, Shell scripting, Kubernetes, Couchbase, Elasticsearch, and Kafka expertise, plus participation in 24/7 shift rotations.

Provide end-to-end troubleshooting and support for packet core (4G/5G) in live customer networks, analyze call flows and signaling, collaborate with R&D and system teams, support VoLTE/VoWiFi/IoT services, engage with customers to drive resolution, and perform on-site or remote deployments with required travel.

The Verification Engineer tests and validates software products, develops automated testing scripts, analyzes test results, and collaborates with development engineers.

Designs, develops, and tests Linux-based embedded software for USRP processing subsystems. Implements FPGA register access, HALs, device drivers, secure remote upgrades, and integrates UHD APIs/RFNoC. Manages SDR platform integration, radio initialization/calibration, IQ transport, and timing/synchronization (GPSDO/PTP/PPS). Develops high-performance Ethernet (10G/100G), eCPRI/O-RAN transport, and debugs packet latency and throughput.

Lead architecture and development of cloud-native 5G Packet Core network functions. Drive microservices-based design, 3GPP compliance, performance and packet-processing optimization, CI/CD and DevSecOps adoption, and mentor engineering teams while owning feature delivery, release execution, and production support.

Design, develop, optimize, and test high-performance low-latency embedded/network software on x86_64 platforms. Implement and support C/C++ multi-threaded systems using DPDK/VPP, Linux, NFV/Kubernetes, and security protocols (IKEv2/IPsec/EAP-AKA) for telecom use-cases.

Develop and test 5G Core SMF software for carrier-grade networks, ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, and security. Participate in design, defect analysis, planning, and collaborate with architects, system engineers, and DevOps. Gradually take on coordination and people-management responsibilities while improving processes and applying AI-assisted tools.

The role involves supporting Oracle EBS R12 and EPM systems, providing technical guidance, production support, and training for finance users. Responsibilities include managing financial modules, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate EPM reconciliation.
