Provide L2/L3 technical support for online charging systems and telecom infrastructure in a high-availability environment. The role requires Linux/UNIX, Shell scripting, Kubernetes, Couchbase, Elasticsearch, and Kafka expertise, plus participation in 24/7 shift rotations.

Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs in Go. Integrate with front-end components, design data models for SQL/NoSQL databases, ensure performance, security, and scalability, participate in code reviews, and optimize backend systems.

Design, automate, and maintain scalable Kubernetes deployments and CI/CD pipelines. Build Docker images and Helm charts, integrate third-party tools (Vault, SealedSecrets, cert-manager, Multus), implement Jenkins automation for builds and testing, support lifecycle management, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and automation.
