Lead Support Engineer to provide and lead technical support for Mavenir's cloud-native network software. Acts as primary escalation for complex issues, interfaces with customers and engineering, ensures service delivery at customer sites, and supports deployment and troubleshooting for communications service providers. Design and deliver automated test suites for OSS/BSS charging flows, build API/integration and data‑driven tests, validate AI/ML test generation, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, define AI test strategy, and collaborate with product and ops for compliance and quality gates.

Design, automate, and maintain scalable Kubernetes deployments and CI/CD pipelines. Build Docker images and Helm charts, integrate third-party tools (Vault, SealedSecrets, cert-manager, Multus), implement Jenkins automation for builds and testing, support lifecycle management, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and automation.
