Deploys and integrates telecom software and hardware products for global customers. Performs integration testing, configuration changes, troubleshooting, and debugging in customer labs and live environments. Creates technical documentation, including procedures and design documents, and supports workshops, customer meetings, end-to-end delivery, and project lifecycle activities. Requires knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, Linux, virtualization, networking, scripting, telecom networks, and industry standards.

Designs, builds, and productionizes scalable AI systems spanning GenAI applications, AI platforms and gateways, Voice AI, LLM fine-tuning, model training, ML pipelines, and MLOps. Responsibilities include architecture, experimentation, backend API development, deployment, observability, monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement of production-grade AI systems.

Monitor customer telecommunications platforms, manage incidents within SLAs, perform health checks, prepare reports, analyze monitoring alarms and service tickets, and communicate with internal support teams and customers. The role operates in a secured environment on 24x7, 12-hour shifts and requires basic Linux command-line skills, proactive problem-solving, willingness to learn, and strong English communication.
