Manage a portfolio of pension and personal wealth clients, support consultants with documentation and workflows, handle client queries, maintain compliant and accurate records, track case progress, and stay current with industry developments.

Handle end-to-end client financial transactions (transfers, withdrawals, fund switches, ISAs, pensions, protection), respond to client and consultant queries by phone and email, maintain accurate records, progress cases across third-party provider platforms, and act as a key client contact.

Own and resolve complex, high-value financial services complaints end-to-end, provide FCA DISP technical guidance, perform root-cause and trend analysis, mentor juniors, and embed a client-first culture across the business.

Lead end-to-end integration of acquired IFA practices: act as primary contact for retiring advisers, coordinate compliance, operations, People and client teams, oversee adviser onboarding, monitor retention and ROI, and develop the integration playbook to ensure smooth, compliant transitions.

Design, implement and maintain cloud-based .NET solutions; collaborate with analysts and product owners to deliver backlog items; implement test automation; support and debug production issues; participate in Agile ceremonies; mentor junior developers and lead activities.
