Build data foundations and quality controls across an acquisitive, FCA-regulated organization; identify workflow improvements; deliver AI and analytics into production; and build a high-performing internal team supported by specialist partners. The role involves communicating investment cases and outcomes to the CIO and Executive Committee.

Prospect and qualify potential clients through LinkedIn, targeted calling, and email outreach. Build sales pipelines and book meetings for Wealth and Employee Benefits Consultants. The role requires confident communication, strong organization, attention to detail, target motivation, and a commitment to professional development within a wealth management and employee benefits consultancy.

Own the Group tax agenda, including UK corporation tax compliance, VAT, current and deferred tax reporting, restructuring, acquisition due diligence, tax governance, R&D claims, forecasting, and Making Tax Digital readiness. Manage HMRC and adviser relationships, support audits, improve tax systems and controls, and advise senior finance colleagues and subsidiary boards. The role also contributes to tax strategy, process development, and junior colleague development.

Manage a portfolio of pension and personal wealth clients, support consultants with documentation and workflows, handle client queries, maintain compliant and accurate records, track case progress, and stay current with industry developments.
