The Paraplanner will support financial advisors by producing technical documents, conducting research, and creating reports based on client information and compliance requirements.

Manage a portfolio of pension and personal wealth clients, support consultants with documentation and workflows, handle client queries, maintain compliant and accurate records, track case progress, and stay current with industry developments.

Handle end-to-end financial transactions (transfers, withdrawals, fund switches, ISAs, pensions), respond to client and consultant queries, maintain accurate records, and work confidently with third-party provider platforms.

Support the Custodian Capital finance team by maintaining accounting records, processing invoices and payments, preparing CIS and VAT returns, performing bank reconciliations, and assisting with quarterly management accounts and year-end reporting.

Provide general administrative and reception support: manage visitors, post, couriers, stationery, travel and hospitality arrangements, assist client administrators with scanning and document management, and perform ad hoc departmental tasks.
