The role requires extensive power plant and nuclear experience, strong planning expertise, technical judgment, communication skills, and leadership of multidisciplinary work.

Leads capital modification and upgrade projects at an operating commercial nuclear power plant, managing scope, cost, quality, schedule, safety, compliance, staffing, reporting, and cross-functional coordination from initiation through completion. Maintains stop-work authority, ensures adherence to NRC and project management requirements, directs project team members, and supports continuous improvement through lessons learned. The one-year, site-based role requires extended 12-hour shifts during outages.
