Provides senior administrative and project-coordination support to a corporate PMO and capital construction projects. Responsibilities include maintaining project records and document control, coordinating meetings, preparing minutes and reports, tracking actions, risks, issues, deliverables, invoices, changes, and closeout activities. The role supports project managers, schedulers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders while maintaining project information in Primavera Cloud and other systems.

Develops and maintains integrated schedules for high-value construction projects using Oracle Primavera Cloud. Analyzes critical paths, risks, delays, forecasts, and schedule impacts; integrates engineering, procurement, construction, vendor, commissioning, and turnover activities. Reviews contractor schedules, creates reports and scenarios, supports recovery planning, and communicates schedule status to project teams, PMO leadership, and stakeholders. The role also contributes to schedule standards, portfolio reporting, project controls, and closeout lessons learned.

Establishes and administers document-control processes for capital construction and industrial projects. Manages technical documents, drawings, submittals, transmittals, revisions, approvals, distribution, audits, reporting, and final turnover records. Coordinates with project managers, engineering, procurement, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders to maintain accurate, traceable, and accessible project information throughout the lifecycle. Supports PMO standards, project closeout, document-system access, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Leads successful execution of nuclear EPC project work segments, managing schedules, scope, budgets, resources, materials, risks, readiness milestones, and cross-functional coordination. Oversees construction, engineering, safety, procurement, quality, and client stakeholders; maintains project metrics and readiness documentation; resolves schedule and execution issues; reports status to customers and leadership; and leads a team of six.

Manage the full client lifecycle across nuclear, energy, infrastructure, and related markets. Responsibilities include converting leads, developing proposals and RFP responses, managing client relationships, overseeing contracts and project delivery, tracking costs and profitability, negotiating renewals, coordinating recruiting and staffing, and providing forecasts and performance reports. Regular client-site visits and travel are required.
