Leads successful execution of nuclear EPC project work segments, managing schedules, scope, budgets, resources, materials, risks, readiness milestones, and cross-functional coordination. Oversees construction, engineering, safety, procurement, quality, and client stakeholders; maintains project metrics and readiness documentation; resolves schedule and execution issues; reports status to customers and leadership; and leads a team of six.

Manage the full client lifecycle across nuclear, energy, infrastructure, and related markets. Responsibilities include converting leads, developing proposals and RFP responses, managing client relationships, overseeing contracts and project delivery, tracking costs and profitability, negotiating renewals, coordinating recruiting and staffing, and providing forecasts and performance reports. Regular client-site visits and travel are required.

Procurement Specialist managing subcontracts from sourcing and bidding through administration and closeout. Responsibilities include supplier development, market research, cost and price analysis, negotiations, purchase orders, change orders, risk mitigation, compliance, delivery monitoring, invoice review, and procurement reporting. The role supports strategic sourcing of equipment and capital procurements while maintaining supplier relationships, contract records, and adherence to federal procurement standards.
