Leads enterprise fraud prevention engineering, including Python-based detection and automation, Sumo Logic monitoring, fraud rules, alerting, risk scoring, dashboards, anomaly analysis, incident response, and preventive controls. Partners with security, IAM, risk, compliance, and business teams while mentoring engineers and contributing to technology roadmaps.

Processes new and existing business paperwork, reviews broker-dealer submissions for accuracy, identifies not-in-good-order cases, enters client data into back-office systems, and resolves operational issues. The role requires accurate, timely work, root-cause problem solving, customer service, and adherence to productivity and quality standards. It involves rotational shifts, including potential India night shifts, and supports financial services operations.

Leads medium to large technical projects and small to medium programs from planning through delivery. Manages stakeholders, roadmaps, budgets, resources, risks, requirements, reporting, and project artifacts. Facilitates Agile and Kanban practices, removes delivery barriers, supports product owners, and drives process improvement. The role requires autonomous leadership across technology, financial services, cybersecurity, information risk, and third-party vendor environments.
