Lead and operate a cloud-native platform: design and deliver Kubernetes-at-scale solutions, standardize IaC/GitOps (Terraform/Pulumi, ArgoCD), manage cloud services and identity/multi-tenancy, own multi-month platform initiatives, support AI/ML infrastructure (model serving, inference pipelines, GPU/LLM patterns), ensure compliance, and produce clear design docs and ADRs while influencing engineering teams.

Provide L2/L3 support and day-to-day operations for SailPoint IdentityNow, handling IAM tickets, JML lifecycle activities, provisioning (SCIM/API), application onboarding, access reviews, audits, RCA, and process documentation to ensure platform stability and compliance.

Manage and support Identity and Access Management systems (WebSEAL, Keycloak, LDAP). Implement SSO, MFA, OAuth/OpenID Connect, and SAML integrations; troubleshoot authentication and access issues; perform certificate management, monitoring, deployments, patches, and migrations; collaborate with infrastructure and security teams and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
